Are your security guards trained?
Yes, training doesn't stop at licensing for us. Every officer carries a state-issued Security Guard Card, and beyond that, our leadership personally leads ongoing training covering de-escalation, CPR, powers of arrest, observation and report writing, and public communication.
How selective is your hiring process?
Very. We're a small, hands-on team, and the people we bring on represent us on every shift, so we take our time finding officers we're confident will handle real situations professionally.
How do I know my guard is actually on post and alert?
Our patrol operations run on an automated check-in system that verifies each officer's location and logs their duty status in real time, so there's an actual record behind every shift not just a name on a schedule.
Our Services
Do you offer 24-hour coverage?
Yes, our mobile patrol service runs around the clock, with patrol cars equipped for communication and reporting, and marked with Blaze's name and license number.
Can you handle a one-time event, or only ongoing contracts?
Both. We staff single events just as readily as we take on long-term residential and commercial contracts.
What industries do you typically work with?
We work across hospitality, retail, construction, and healthcare, along with residential communities, each with its own security needs, which we tailor our approach around.
